Two photos have been registered in this Wayspot, and the current photo has received 1 "Good" from Ingress and 3 "Good" from PGO.
Another one got 2 "Good" from Ingress and 3 "Good" from PGO, but the current photo is not replaced.
Isn't the replacement of photos judged by the sum of "Good" of Ingress and PGO?

Today, I've confirmed that the photo of Ingress on this portal replaced to new one.
