Upgrade received but disappeared

Hello,

I received an upgrade a few days ago and already had a submission from March 2021 marked as "Upgraded next" a few days before.

After receiving the upgrade my submission stayed as "Upgraded next" and didn't go into voting despite waiting a few days. On my profile it says I don't have any upgrade left.

It looks like I lost an upgrade which a quite a pain as nothing goes into voting for 2 years in my area if I don't upgrade it.

Upgrade Next doesn’t work any more. It will go on to your oldest nomination which is “In Queue”.

Thanks, just saw that my oldest one has indeed been upgraded. Too bad I don't live there anymore ...

Do we know when this will get fixed and if they will compensate us the upgrades we "lost" ?

It’s not a bug, it’s a feature. They’ve taken the feedback on board but I don’t predict a fix any time soon.

You can go to your settings and turn the Automatic Upgrade OFF. Then you can manually apply upgrades to anything In Queue, except for the thing you had as Upgrade Next. (You also cannot manually assign an upgrade to anything In Voting.)

If you leave this switch ON, it will continue to apply your upgrades to your oldest outstanding nomination (In Voting or In Queue).
