Rejected nomination still shows as Upgrade next

A nomination I used an upgrade on got rejected, and it still displays the “upgrade next” text. So I’m unable to use an upgrade on any other new nominations I make

Hello @Breebk89-PGO, thanks for letting us know......are you still experiencing this issue?
You can still manually "Upgrade" something if you have Auto Apply set to OFF in settings even with a different nomination marked "Upgrade Next"
