Baseball Field Not Directly on School Property

As pictured, this baseball field which is owned and maintained by the city is located in between two schools. Would it be 'too close' to the schools in order to be eligible?

If it's not on school grounds then you need to demonstrate that to reviewers; the Wayspot can be as close as you like to a school, so long as it's not on the land owned by the school (i.e. it wouldn't encourage players to trespass). I had a parish council notice board accepted that is literally right at the gates of a school. In that case, there was Google Street View to help my case that the Wayspot I nominated was not on the school grounds. My Wayspot nomination was next to the school but not within it if that makes sense.
If the field is used primarily by the school than my guess is no, it seems likely by the location that it is a school field and not a muncipal or town field. If it is owned by the town maybe try linking their parks and rec website to a place that identifies it was a muncipal field.
If the field isnt connected to the school and is owned by the city council then its fine
i agree with this problem is you have to prove that point to reviewers when you submit the portal
