Musical schools

The question is - is musical school where children are learning after school k12 or not?
Nominations whose real-world location appears to be on the grounds of primary/secondary schools, child care centers, or daycare centers
Looks like it is not any from this list. Or not?

Casey has already said that tertiary education for anyone under the age of 18 is classified as K12.

Niantic also doesn't want thi gs like "scout huts" approved. These are for after school activities for kids to learn about nature, wildlife, etc., but they are for those under 18. In short, if the majority of people using it are under 18, Niantic doesn't want it to be a waypoint.
There are probably exceptions I'm forgetting but that's the overall concept.

Hello.
Most of musical school are approved. In many countries they are considered tertiary education establishment.
But if is a only musical school for kids it's possible that people reject.
If it's a place for children, where they'll be in the care of an adult that isn't their parent/guardian, then it's K12. No ifs, no buts. Niantic are clear on that.

Could anyone explain what does tertiaty schools mean? Vocabulary and google told me that it is high school, after secondary school.
Musical school in my question means it is parallel secondary or primary school education, i.e. in the morning in the school, after (let it be 2pm) this child goes to this - musical school.
