I flagged this "community garden" as potential abuse - thoughts?

I was reviewing this nomination for a Community Garden Fountain and flagged it as abuse but am curious to hear your thoughts.

Google Maps does refer to the house there as a "Community Garden" but I could find no business listings or mentions of it on the internet aside from 1 single site that looked like an automated search aggregator. Instead I suspect it's someone who submitted their house to Google as a business name "Community Garden".

If you look at street view at 35.202333, -94.587306 there's nothing available except satellite.

It's a single house in the middle of nowhere, there's no "community" around there. Nothing will be lost if that person loses the priviledge to nominate wayspots as they will keep on nominate their back garden in order to get a pokestop.

It's abuse, but my guess is it's abuse to have to live on Route 58 in Spiro, OK and try and play Pokemon Go. Most of you have no idea how challenging it is to try and play in a rural area like that.
