Possible fake portals in a preserve

I noticed some new signs/portals in a nature preserve in a nearby town. They aren't official park signs. I did some digging and found them on Amazon. I'm thinking the agents (they're a family) bought them and installed them to make fake portals. Is this eligible for removal ?

If you can provide evidence of them being fakes, Niantic will consider them for removal.
if they're in a nature preserve chances are they're legit. alot of nature preserves have hiking trails so its not uncommon. like the person above me said if you're able to prove it niantic will be able to do something about it.
