Hi, I am new to here.
I have a question about nomination near by fire hydrant.
I am sure that fire hydrant itself is not acceptable.
For example, there is the nomination which should be 100% acceptable. But the nomination is near by fire hydrant.
In this case, is this nomination unacceptable due to "Obstructs emergency services"?
