School (K-12)
Other Rejection Criteria
Yes there is a school nearby, but its 250 meter away. This is around the university and fotball stadium. It also have other pokestops and gyms closer. In fact the information board under the roof you see in the picture is a pokestop.
The meeting point also have its own website: https://www.campussogndal.no/moteplass/flusi And you can see it here on Google Maps: https://www.google.no/maps/place/61%C2%B013'56.8%22N+7%C2%B005'10.0%22E/@61.2317744,7.0845798,396m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m6!3m5!1s0x0:0x0!7e2!8m2!3d61.2324484!4d7.0861207
Kvåle skule in google maps is the school.
Should i report all the other pokestops and gyms that is closer to the school or is it wronly rejected?

Comments
I assume some people rejected it for K-12 because of: "Flusi is a central meeting point if you are going to Sogndal upper secondary school" in the link you provided. Either they didn't bother reading further and were just looking for a reason to reject, or they didn't realize that it having other non K-12 purposes as well makes it not K-12. Either way, K-12 doesn't seem like a valid rejection reason. K-12 is only for places where under 18 children are in the care of others than their parents, like schools, day-cares, ... On the grounds, and on the walls or fences of such locations.
I'm not familiar with these kinds of meeting points, and Google translate doesn't make it clear to me either what their purpose is, so I can't say much about the eligibility of these. It does appear to have a cool story.
I would be more concerned about "Other Rejection Criteria". This means reviewers think it isn't eligible. In your supporting information you need to explain why it is a "great place to explore/exercise/socialize".
Submit either the area map or the "gazbo / shelter" that we can see in the background of your photo. Easier to get through than a random looking sign. Do not mention "school" anywhere in your description or supporting information.
