Remove a Photo with Persons on it

Hi Guys,

Can someone from Niantic Check the Wayspot "Grottenscheune" ? it has persons on the picture, that cant be valid

They aren't the main focus of the photo and only their back is visible, so it can be acceptable.

But of course, only Niantic has the last word and we can never know what they are gonna reply, I can understand if they remove the photo as well as if they opt to leave it as is.
