My photo is used for the wrong location

On November 14th I nominated a new pokestop. It was declined because someone said it was double, but it’s not, it’s on the other side of a playground. It has the same colors but it’s a different location. Now the photo I took has been used to replace the photo from the stop which is already there... what to do? Better it would be a new pokestop...

    I had exactly the same issue with a playground here. In the decline answer wayfarer send was written, that the photo will be added to the duplicate. I think, they will appreciate the photo.
