I have an In voting proposal since a long time, then around 3 months ago the system assigned automatically an upgrade and since then, its like frozen in time. Usually takes a couple of the days to be approved or rejected when it's upgraded but this one is stuck.
I don´t know exactly when it got upgraded but it was around march, and I think it's time to know what's going on here.
Thank's for reading this and I hope someone could help me fixing this bug.

Let me clarify this for you, @macbara0-PGO! Upgraded nominations increase the probability that your nomination will be reviewed by the community faster, but do not guarantee a specific review period. Upgraded nominations must still adhere to the same criteria as standard nominations to be accepted.
Having said that, it looks like your nomination has not received enough votes yet for a decision to be reached. Please give it some more time and wait for the email with the decision. Good luck!
It is most likely stucked in "Limbo". Limbo is a place that is created due to system bug, some nomination gets stuck there for an unknown time even after getting enough votes to get processed.
After some time, the limbo nomination get processed but it is not sure how much time is needed. I personally have seen 1-2 month of sync than again there's 3-4 months earlier nominations are still stucked.
Another interesting thing, suppose, you limbo nomination got higher accept vote, so we can assume its likely to be accepted, then if any id got it in review & accept it, its upgrade percentage will rise by 1. This is same for rejection similarity.
Could also be that it's close to somebody else's nomination that has not been upgraded, so yours is waiting till that other nomination is voted on, so it can appear in the "check for duplicates" view. What is a typical wait time in your area?
There is no duplicates, I play Ingress and PoGo, so I checked out. When the nomination it's upgraded take about 2 or 3 days as much to be approved or rejected.
