If you are looking for input on why these murals were rejected, we cannot give an answer without knowing more details, expectantly the mural's locations. The first one in particular looks like a garage door, but we don't know if it is to a private home or other property. The second looks to be indoors, which is often difficult for reviewers to verify without additional supporting photographs.
