Generic-looking acceptable objects

I know that objects like gates and signs are acceptable, but not always eligible. However, submitters in my country always assume those objects are eligible no matter what, not to mention their little to none effort to explain the nomination.
For example:
This one is a sign of a local integrated and child-friendly village. The sign is too plain imo. Supporting description: "Signs are eligible in Wayfarer, visible from GSV. Please give it 5*, thank you."
Another example:
This one is an entrance gate to a local neighborhood which, the gate itself is also too plain and not visually unique. Supporting information: "This gate is included to available criteria which is welcome sign or entrance sign to area of Gg. Pulo and clearly visible in GSV and maps."
How do we educate submitters like this? Simply rejecting those nominations won't stop them to nominate even more generic acceptable objects.
Thank you.

Sorry, can you explain better? For me both are acceptable...
@KALMON4EVER-PGO These don't look like good nominations- unless they are signs for parks maybe?
If they are signs for residential communities they aren't usually POI worthy unless they have something really artistic or are historically noteworthy.
From my understanding it sounds like these are just signs for where people live. If it's not a park or community recreation spot, they likely aren't good candidates (unless something is being lost in translation/cultural differences).
@patsufredo-PGO as to how we educate people accepting these- if there are local reviewing groups to your area, you can try sharing the forum with them. I'm pretty sure there was a thread on here that talked about signs like this (signs for neighborhoods).
The terrace/gate thing the 2nd one looks MAYBE interesting, but it's hard to really see it.
It is going to be really hard for anyone to really judge the merits of these who doesn't speak that language and is able to understand the signs. Assuming you are posting from Indonesia or somewhere close?
It is also going to be kind of hard for others to determine what is 'visually unique' in your country, as this will differ from place to place. From the limited you've said though, both don't seem overly eligible. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about poor reviewers / nominators unless they want to get better and Niantic don't seem overly keen to help either. One thing you could do is start a messenger/discord group where Wayfarer is discussed, ideas shared and clarifications are sought amongst each other. Those that do join, will likely help each other to understand Wayfarer better.
Mentality are the problem. We can only give good example which of the criteria should be eligible.
In case of gate/sign, the one with traditional ornament or visually unique one would worth at least 3 stars
