When location is incorrect should I reject or suggest new location?
I have this scenario come up often in reviewing and wanted to see how others deal with it. The nominated PoI is perfectly eligible and acceptable with the only nit being the nominated location pin is wrong.
In the past I have rated the nomination as I would on its merits (e.g. 4-5*) but then also suggested a new location. Then later for some of these locales I review a second PoI in the same area and noticed the wrong location for the earlier PoI remains in effect (discarding my suggestion). I have seen this where the original PoI pin remained in a parking lot instead of where the mural is inside a business, or it remained in the middle of baseball field interfering with the game.
Should I instead just be rejecting as a mismatched location because the nominated pin is wrong even though I can suggest the correct one?

The only signal that will get through is that most of the people are voting to approve those nominations and you're rejecting them, so you're disagreeing with the rest of the community and your rating will sink.

Move the pin. What good it does / how many people are required to move the pin "somewhere" before something is flagged in the system I don't know, and I've seen Waypoints where I moved the pin go through with the original location, but still move the pin.

I always move the pin (assuming I can actually find the object).
No, don't reject them. If the location is wrong and you can easily find it, the proper action is to move the pin.
Reject only when you can't find it and the surroundings don't match the PoI photo.
I agree this has been my approach as well but as of late feel like Wayfarer is ignoring my location suggestions so was considering sending a stronger signal. Oh well I just take a long break from reviewing whenever I see enough of these in a session.

suggest to move the pin that's why they have that option for it

If I can tell that the pin is in the wrong location and can easily identify the correct location, I typically move the pin. If I know that the pin is wrong but can't tell where to move it, I reject for mismatched location.
I struggle with what to do when the submitter has slightly moved the pin to try to generate a Wayspot that would not appear if it were submitted in an accurate location. Simply correcting the pin doesn't feel like a strong enough action. I wish there were an "Abuse" option applicable to these situations, but there isn't.
