Permanent Rural Firewood Store Rejected for Being "Temporary or Seasonal Display"
It may or may not be clear, but the nomination in the attached photo is not a temporary display. it's been up for two years now and is adorned to match whatever season we're in. Ghosts for Halloween, Santa hats for Christmas, USA flags for the 4th of July, etc. etc. But the structure is there for good.
It's about 15 feet off the side of the road and safe to stand next to for when the occasional car drives by.
I would appeal it but I already used the appeal for a rejected firehouse and it's monument/sign that was for some reason rejected. I think city folk applying standards for their backyard on to rural areas is part to do with it... but that's a different discussion.

How is this a good place to explore or exercise or socialize?
At the risk of stirring up a hornets nest - "generic business"? 🤣
I can't see how this would meet any of the 3 Niantic criteria either.
What were the other rejection reasons given?
If you had "Other Rejection Criteria", that means reviewers don't think it's a "great place to explore, socialize, or exercise". If you think it is one or more of those, you need to convince reviewers using your supporting information.
If you post your full nomination, we can give better advice.
Just FYI on your firehouse, those usually get rejected because of the "obstructs emergency services" rejection criteria. Most of the ones in the game now were submitted a long time ago when reviewing was different.
