Location Edit over >10m and on private property PLUS duplicate portal

This portal is on private property and is not accessible to the public except if you have terrible GPS drift, but it still resides on private property and was not placed in the correct location to begin with. The backside of the property backs onto a fast moving river and has a steep and dangerous cliff. Attached picture below shows the river and creek. The portal is incorrectly marked at the top of the cliff and in 10+m on private property.
This is also a DUPLICATE portal with the correct location provided below. Multiple reports have been made and no action taken yet by Niantic.

Incorrect portal picture:
A review of Google maps clearly shows Culham Trail on the north side of the river whereas the portal is placed on the south side on private property.
