Additional information: Both this portal and "The Fountain" next to it are a private mansion. One portal in their backyard at their pool, the one in front is their front driveway. None of these are accessible to the public or even reachable by weapons.
This is a link to the town of Branford, CT's GIS showing the property lines for 102 Cherry Hill Road. You can see clearly these portals are not anywhere accessible by the public. They're in a private driveway plus a swmming pool in a backyard.
My previous appeal was denied, I'm not sure how much more evidence can be provided than directly linking you to the GIS information system from the town showing the property zoning and borders.
