Not able to access Niantic Wayfarer!

“Sorry, your account is not eligible.
You need to reach level 10 in INGRESS for Niantic Wayfarer access.”
Wayfarer login page gives preference to Ingress only, there is no sign of Pokemon Go.
I'm already Level 40 in Pokemon Go and checked twice, same facebook account linked in Pokemon Go.
Also checked by loggin with facebook account into Pokemon Go redeem center website, and as you can saw below screenshot, it's show that “AkshyKumr (40) in Pokemon Go”.

I feel your pain... I am lvl 40 as well and I am getting the same message you are... totally sucks.
