Signs next to already existing POI's

Hi all,
I'm still pretty new to this - I have a submission for a sign to a playground, but the playground itself is already a wayspot (POI?). It's not an exact duplicate as it's the sign and not the actual playground. The supporting photo shows it's right next to the playground. Would this be considered a duplicate, a rejection under "other", or is this ok to approve?

When the sign is in the same place as the thing, it's a duplicate. It needs to be some distance away to not count as a duplicate. Even in that case, if the thing is already in Wayfarer, the sign will need to qualify on its own (e.g. for being particularly artistic or including educational info about the thing).
