Wayspot Appear at PoGo but not Ingress

Hello I want report to my nomination for wayspot because My nomination Appear at PoGo but not on Ingress map, i submitted that wayspot from Ingress Nomination

Ingress has its own sync time, once per day. You may have missed the cut off point for the daily sync, in which case you should wait until tomorrow and see if it appears then. As your acceptance email says, it can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Additionally, not all wayspots will appear in all Niantic games. Each game has its own inclusion rules. In this case it looks like it should meet the requirements to appear in Ingress, but as stated above, it may have missed the sync point for the day and thus you'll have to wait until tomorrow's sync.
I checked Ingress Intel and the portal is live. This can be marked as resolved.

But it's ambigous about the answer cause there's pokestop 2 km from my location Is Live and its clearly Very close, it's like 4 Meter From 1 wayspot to another wayspot at Pokemon Go, But My Waspot is clearly 12 Meter Away From Another Iive Wayspot 🥲 but not Live. This the location about wayspot i talk. -5.2188,119.439054
For those 2 stops, are both of them on a different S2 L17 cells? Note that 20m restriction is no more in Pokemon GO since the introduction of Lightship.

As I mentioned in your other post the "Masjid Alma Az-Said Sign" wayspot will not appear in game for Ingress or Pogo.
It is too close to an existing wayspot and is also in an occupied cell.
It used to be the case that if a wayspot had its location edited, it would bypass the normal cell rules in Pokémon Go (so for example, moving a Pokéstop or Gym into an already occupied level 17 cell would cause the cell to have 2 Pokéstops and/or Gyms). This was heavily abused to form impossible clusters and Niantic took action by fixing the system so that location edits now conform to the cell rules.
If you were to try to move a Pokéstop or Gym into an already occupied cell now, one of them (typically the one being moved) would disappear from the game. However, any that were moved before this fix was implemented were allowed to remain in place. So if these two Pokéstops are in the same cell, that's likely why. It isn't possible to do this currently though.
