To be honest it's not a great photo. You could improve it by stepping back a bit and taking it in better light?
How did the rest of your nomination look?
Maybe try using the supporting photo if its not too distant in the frame?
I think since the picture is the first thing a reviewer will see it's important to get off to a good start otherwise it can be an uphill battle make reviewers like it.
So, usually the best course of action for the best feedback is to post the entire nomination: both images, all text, pin location, and rejection reasons. We have here a fraction of that, so there may be additional cause for rejection, but this image is quite poor and not worth accepting.
Try taking a photo in the daytime? Also we can’t see the rest of the nomination. It may have had things in the title/description etc. that led to a reject.
yo solo se que e postulado un parque claramente con fotos bien tomadas y tienene la estupides de colocar que foto de baja calidad y y ubicacion erronea cuando comprobe con otra cuenta y la ubicacion es del parque y foto clara que pesar la gente tan mediocre que califica las propuestas pero esos mismos que rechazan las propuestas si tiene 12 cuentas para aceptar las que ellos proponen.
