Unable to change Bonus Location after 1 year has elapsed.

I can't seem to get a screenshot showing the red cursor icon when i mouse over the pencil to edit, but the pencil is grey rather than white. Additionally the response from the server when loading the Settings page shows that bonusCanChange is false and when i copy the bonusChangeTimeMs into epoch converter it shows that it was 2 hours ago.
I see 2 posts from earlier this year about this issue but nothing more recent so it possibly was fixed and then regressed

@NianticGiffard can you please reset my bonus location and forward this to the engineering team? Thank you

Hey there, @tehstone-ING! I see your bonus location has been changed recently. Could you please confirm it from your end?
Thanks @NianticGiffard , when i logged in the following day I was able to change it so it seems there's just some other delay after the time indicated.
