There is nothing wrong with this wayspot that would warrant its removal. Not all wayspots need to be accessible by all people all of the time.
Having a wayspot on a private business property is perfectly fine so long as people who are allowed to be on that property have safe pedestrian access to the wayspot, and as this appears to be on the grass, that would seem that anyone who works there (or visitors/guests) does indeed have safe access to it.
If it was on private residential property (for example, in the garden of a single family dwelling), then that would be grounds for removing it, but as it's a business property, it doesn't meet the removal criteria.
I have noticed that this seems to be an anchor for a Resistance control field. I would hope you're not trying to get it removed because you're Enlightened?
Niantic had always stated that these portals are valid, they are your opportunity to make new friends.
Portal is indeed based on this reason a valid portal.
However it has been removed.
Issue remains. where is the proof. Working on it to gain access te location and provide it.
For now it remains online i'm afraid
It was likely be removed due to 'safe pedestrian access' (not 'restricted' access) reason.
What is wrong with (I’m guessing) all these Ingress players trying to have portals removed because (I’m guessing) the opposing faction controls them and they can’t reach them? Other games use those wayspots, you know.
