Are we allowed to report players who submit obvious ineligible nominations on purpose?

Hello.
What I exactly mean is that if I review nominations and I clearly see some that obviously don't meet the criteria like "third party photos" and it's obvious that a photo was taken from internet, google street view, etc. or players who submmit the same thing over and over even when it was rejected several times and obviously didn't meet the criteria.
Are we allowed to report that player despite not knowing their name and that it's against the criteria besides their submission was with personal purposes?

If you believe a Wayfarer is maliciously misusing the system, you can reject their nominations as abusive.

You can report them in chat, or in the Wayspot Appeals channel here. You don't have to know their names - if you have the wayspot name and address, Niantic can find them from there.

As others have already mentioned, any bad candidates that appear in the review can be reported in chat or in this forum.

If you believe a Wayfarer is maliciously misusing the system, you can reject their nominations as abusive.
