Unable successfully report the correction location only in Ingress

Little Rock, Arkansas, once had Ray Winder Field (minor league baseball field). For one year before Pokemon GO, the Arkansas Travelers (team) played no home games. I believe that was 2006. Dickey-Stephens Park opened in April 2007. That is where the Arkansas Travelers play home games. North Little Rock is a separate town on the other side of the Arkansas River.
Once Ray Winder Field had the final farewell tribute game, what to do with the baseball park was discussed. The City of Little Rock had 50% ownership of the property. What happened is simple. Ray Winder Field Scoreboard remains. The baseball park was eventually bulldozed and sold to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). Today, the location is a parking lot.
This gets difficult. I tried to flag Ray Winder Field as ineligible for more than one reason. That is located in the parking lot. When I am in the mission War Memorial Park, I can see the Portal. I click the Portal and am taken to Safari into a website that is from when the Fieldtripper app existed. Searching for Ray Winder Field might find the scoreboard but not field. FIELDtripper was discontinued. I provide the website that describes Ray Winder Field is ... Later, the article talks about how the Arkansas Travelers play out of North Little Rock.
I was told to take pictures when requesting this be modified or removed. I did. Contact the property owner was requested. I tried contacting UAMS. When I mentioned this, the phone call ended.
I have this mission set as my current mission so I could take a screen recording and send. I did and received Ray Winder Scoreboard still exists. I do not want what is there removed. I have photos and video.

That's not a portal; it's a FieldTrip waypoint. I don't believe there's any process to remove waypoints. In fact, I don't even know if Wayfarer manages waypoints -- Ingress may be feeding those into its app from a separate database, since they're only used for Ingress missions.
Also, waypoints aren't even required to represent things that still exist. There are lots of waypoints for buildings that got torn down decades ago.
You're probably not going to get anywhere with this.
@XK150-ING,
Okay, I will give on this. Portal did not sound correct but was the best that I knew. I knew the app from this website that was run or partially maintained by Niantic Labs until being discontinued. That is why I hoped the waypoint might be removed.
