Additional information: Location does not appear in pokemon go due to being too close to another pokestop, however if the accepted nomination was in the correct place (on the water as piers tend to be) it would show. Thank you for reviewing.

It looks to already be in the correct place to me, as it's at the first point you'd walk onto it (so basically, the entrance or natural point of exploration). Attempting to move a wayspot just to get it to appear in another game can be considered abusive.

While some nominations may be deemed eligible on Niantic Wayfarer for inclusion into Niantic’s location database, they may not necessarily be added to every Niantic game. After a nomination is approved by reviewers, there is an additional automated review that determines whether the nomination is an appropriate fit for each particular Niantic game. Each game has its own set of criteria for this step, so some nominations may be accepted into one game but not another.
If you look at the marker, it is clearly not where the pier actually is and needs to be moved further east.
