Low Quality Photo Rejection

Last 4 nominations have been rejected due to low photo quality. Phone works fine and pictures seem clear. How much more resolution is needed? I know my phones not the newest model but come on.. Plus other rejection as a "season display". You can see the wall socked painted over in this mural. Smh.
