Strange question, I know, but it's a nomination that I made a mistake in submitting and I can't withdraw it due to it being upgraded next. The area is around French **** Indiana.

    You can't withdraw a nomination flagged as "upgrade next."

    So you're basically out of luck. Niantic has declined withdrawing nominations for people in the past.
