Additional information and photos for both portals:
Reasons for removal: Both do not exist anymore and the locations are not safely accessible anymore either
Both of these portals are at a popular vantage point that was on top of a former landfill. For environmental reasons they have to reseal it and the entire viewpoint as it was is removed and the entire spot will be buried (Source, Source). While this is ongoing the entire area is closed (see below) because it is a construction site and potentially hazardous.
