My Wayspot was rejected for the third time. The reasons for rejection are "bad photo" and "Other rejection criteria": Why is it always rejecting? Bike path are allowed. Why is the photo bad? I've seen many bike paths with a similar photo. Only the sign with the bike path is relevant here for the Wayspot. I don't understand what's going on with the reviewers. Does anyone have an idea how I can make it better? Appeals I can forget. My first appeal has still not been evaluated after 5 months. Thanks in advance.

I’m not sure how it is in your area but bike trails are often still quite contentious in the UK.
Is there a link you could have used if it’s a proper bike trail? It looks a bit like directions to a bike lane which wouldn’t be a trail.
Yes, I have such a link. But do you think anyone will click on it? https://www.pfalz.de/de/route/appelbach-radweg
They should, if they take what they do seriously.
Trail markers are difficult. Way to many reviewers believe that the object you are nominating must be interesting enough on it's own to be a wayspot. They don't understand that objects can just be a placemark for an area.
Just keep submitting it, along with other trailmarkers, but don't spend to much energy on it. Expect it to fail, and submit a couple every few months just to see if reviewers got any better. Make sure you have the photos saved on your phone, so you don't have to go on location to resubmit them. Add links to clarifications about trailmarkers in your supporting info. Add a link to a website about the trail. And make sure your supporting picture and info have enough information to convince reviewers that it exists at that location (since street view is limited in Germany).
Here are some links to clarifications about trailmarkers:

The last link refers to the post in the second link.
We had the same problem in Belgium for years, but last year it turned around, and trailmarkers are easy acceptances now here. Hopefully you will see that same change in your area soon.
The bike path was rejected the fifth time -.- It's ridiculous that allowed Wayspots are not taken, because the raters rate according to their own rules. The second description is consistently ignored by the raters.
I'm also getting a wave of mass rejections.... The wayfarer is filled with bots that farm upgrades by 1-starring every nomination for random reasons.
