Parkourbana (56,0572739, 12,8779406), Mörarp, Sweden

Rönn (56,0573509, 12,8782350), Mörarp, Sweden

There are 2 waypoints that has been removed from a public park / recreation area in the center of the village.

The park includes a playground, outdoor gym and a football field and is frequently used by the community.

The removed waypoints were both located close to each other on the same area by the north east park entrance.

We assume the waypoints has been removed due to being close to the school (marked by red line in images 1). Please note that both are on the public side of the main walkway through the village leading to and from the local store, to and from the train station and into the park.

This walkway is also used in the 30 tree walking trail created by the municipality with several trees located in the park and it also includes one of the waypoints in this appeal.

Do you have any evidence that the property line is where you claim it to be?

The walkway being there is not evidence, there's nothing stopping the walkway from going thru the school property rather than around .it.

Uploading 2 more images as “evidence”.

The first one is from the Open Streat view map that clearly differentiate the school property from the public park and the path way is clearly visible on the park.

The second image is from the official land surveyor that shows the official land properties in the area including the school property. The path way is also visible on this image outside the school property.

Please note that there are one temporary building connected to school located outside the official school property (long story of moisture in old buildings) gray building visible in the first batch of photos. This additional property is inside the property line that is drawn on the first picture.

All of the school property is behind the fence visible on the earlier photos.

  • Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, @Jiippiii-ING! After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to restore the Wayspots in question.
