Wayfarer Support tickets disappear with no resolution

Trying to submit a ticket in wayfarer support chat; ticket is generated and says I’ll be contacted in a few hours; I refresh the page only to see everything was erased and blank with the option for a new ticket.

Using safari on iOS 15.6

So I have no idea if anything is being processed, since no mail is sent either.

    Same! My support ticket was generated almost a week ago, and still no response, even tho it said it would only take a “few hours”

    The chat history is stored locally in your browser. Meaning if the data/cache in your browser is deleted, your chat history is gone. They might have answered you already, but you can't know for sure since the data's gone. If you change devices, the chat history will also not show up.

    Some browsers have a auto-delete option when you close them, this might have happened
