Specific date Nominations still "in queue"

I've noticed that aside from the latest sync problems, some accepted edits were never implemented and some submitted nominations are still in queue. I know that some nominations may stay in queue for a long time depending on how many are the local wayfarer users, but that's not the case here. Nominations from specific date (late July approximately) are still in queue after 18 days, while the days for an in queue nomination to be in voting in my area are between 2 to 10 days. All these nominations were submitted on late July. Also some edits that were accepted during late July, still haven't been implemented in any game, even after all the games already synched many times since then.
