Where is the link to tap in order to begin your submission request?

I am new to wear Wayfairer poke stop submission process. I passed the test. I’m over level 40. Where is my link for my submission that I want to make?
why does my homepage keep asking me to review and review and review and review other people submissions when I want to submit my own?
There is absolutely no help for someone to get started (like “to begin the submission process click here”.
I don’t play ingress. I play Pokémon go. So if you’re talking in Ingress language to me - that won’t help me
********Please note I have not submitted yet — BUT I AM TRYING TO, under the new wayfarer stuff for Pokémon GO. I have had successful submissions through the app its self before wayfarer.

if you need some help about creating a good submission do ask.
You have to submit a wayspot trough the game, either ingress or pokemon go. For pokemon go, go to settings, new pokestop and just follow the instructions. With Wayferer you can only review nominations from other people or edit your own.
