waypoint rejected 6 times

Not sure this is the right place to post this but I had a waypoint rejected about 6 times and I don't understand why. It is in a free l17 cell, in a public park ... I changed the orientation of the picture, the tittle aso and nothing worked. Notice that there's just one other waypoint in this l14 cell and it is in the same park, so if this pokestop appears this will make a new gym in the park - maybe raid ex gym. I did propose almost 15 of the same kind of waypoints in the same park and they have been approved ... So, does anybody have an idea about the detail I miss and which block the proposition ? thanks in advance. Coordinates are about : 43.240542, 2.110442

Maybe people got bored about too many similar nominations that they can't verify and are too nicely spaced in order to be in a separate cell.
But the fact is that only those that voted know what are their thoughts.
:-) Yes very nicely spaced but not cheated - reals wp - it's a nice park :-) . The point is that after three rejects I propose two others ones - same kind - two cells eastern and three cells northern and they were accepted ... Is it possible that Niantic cancel the vote - a kind of veto - to avoid a new raid ex gym ? Anyway, do you notice something out of guidelines in my proposition ?
