Rejected for Incorrect Location but Upgrade Applied

I submitted a wayspot that accidentally had an incorrect GPS spot (accurate location is 1 block away, ~100ft)

This wayspot was then rejected, but after it was rejected, my Upgrade was automatically applied.

The upgrade was not applied until AFTER it was rejected.

I want to either:

  1. Change the GPS location of the rejected wayspot and then appeal it (keep the Upgrade on it), or
  2. Get my upgrade back, keep the wayspot rejected.

Is there a way I can do either #1 or #2?
