Please restore the portal, it was suddenly gone.
It was on a footpath on the way to the local recreation area. It stands in front of an apartment building where 3 families live. So no single apartment. So it can't have violated the guidelines. Everyone could always interact with it to the full extent, there are no disabilities.
Please restore the portal.

Es befand sich an einem Fußweg auf dem Weg zum hiesigen Erholungsgebiet. Es steht vor einem Mehrfamilien Haus, wo 3 Familien wohnen. Also keine Einzelwohnung. Also kann es ja nicht gegen die Richtlinien verstoßen haben. Jeder konnte damit immer im vollen Umfang Interagieren, es gibt keine Behinderungen.
Bitte Stellen Sie das Portal wieder her.

Niantic have already stated that they won't be restoring this in another thread.
Whilst it may technically not break the private residential property rule if the building is an apartment block, it looks generic and is likely mass produced garden ornament, meaning it isn't a permanent feature as it could easily be moved.
You mean the "Small Generic Concrete Store Bought Buddah". Not eligible.
Now look behind - there is an "Insecthaus" and an information sign. Nominate this, making sure you get a good photo of the sign,
