Niantic warning

Good morning dear players,
I have judged 1200 nominations now, and got a warning from niantic that they found a pattern….. I’m judging like it should be, and few of my pokestops requests are not judged right, I used upgrades and now I need to nominate them again. I’m an honest player and really helping this community, and the only thing I feel is negative energy for the hard work I’m putting in pokemon go right now. I’m giving it a break for a week, maybe I’ll return but if I get a red flag again for doing good work I’m out.

What sort of warning did you get? Was it a cooldown due to "patterns" or did you get an email?
If it is just "patterns" on the website, you may ignore it and wait for the time before you can review again, there is no penalty. It usually happens when you are reviewing too fast. If it was an email... you can also ignore that one too. They are simply just reminders with no repercussions.
Just a cooldown warning of an hour. I do review fast but on the phone it’s easy to review. I got 5 double nominations in a row, and I think that got me that 1 hour cooldown…
You are most likely just reviewing too quickly.
Slow down a bit, I find 30 seconds a review is fine, although I'm sure others have different opinions on how long each review should take to stop timer cooldowns.
Every nomination, no matter how obvious a rejection, scroll to the bottom and interact with the map for just a second. This will slow you down enough to prevent cooldowns and will ensure you see the whole nomination (supporting and whatnot) before rejecting. You can then return to the top - or in this case, the nearby - and reject as needed.
