Was bedeutet dieses Niantic Zeichen hinter dem Abstimmen? Das war nämlich vorher nicht so.

The ballon means that Niantic staff/contractors are voting on whether your nomination meets criteria instead of regular Wayfarers.
Niantic have to review a certain amount themselves.
