Not a nice place to play

Hello everyone. In my city there is this gym "Fontana di Villa Altieri" (41.7313680, 12.6552470). The photo is 7-8 years old so the gym was made by Ingress players. In those days, Niantic still wasn't clear about what was good and what was not. Since I am the player who takes care on behalf of the local community in the Albano Laziale area and surroundings, I have tried many times to have it removed to make a wayspot that is in the more accessible public park become a gym (it would therefore also become an EX gym). Sorry for the long introduction 😅. In my opinion it should be removed (or at least relegated to pokéstop) for various reasons:
1) as you can see from the Street View screenshot, the villa has no safe pedestrian access, you have to cross the fast suburban Appia road without stripes.
2) from the photo of the sign it is clear that it is Private Property and they do not want people around the villa.
3) of the Maps screenshots it is also noted that in the same villa there is a Middle School, common entrance.
For these reasons I ask for revision of the wayspot, thanks in advance.
