Wie lange dauert es, bis Niantic einen Stop fertig hat? Meiner ist nun schon länger in der Abstimmung und andere, die ich später eingereicht habe, sind schon fertig.

Is it under Niantic Voting (with the Niantic balloon)? That may take a few days/weeks
Once your nomination is “In Voting” (no balloon) that’s for regular Wayfarers to look at it and could take between a few days and a few years.
