自分が投稿したWayspot(現在審査中及び次のアップロード中）が、不適切にあたると気づきました。
「審査中」の投稿の引き下げや「次のアップロード」の設定変更ができない仕様になっていますが、このまま不承認判断を待っていなければならないのでしょうか？何か救済処置はありませんか？

If I understand correctly from Google translate, you have made a nomination and it is at in voting status but now realise that it doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria.
You just have to let this complete the process, knowing it should be rejected.
Unless it was a fake and therefore abuse, there shouldn’t be any consequence for you. We all submit things at some point that get rejected. At least you have learnt more about the criteria.
This does not affect your ability to continue reviewing or submitting.
