Stop. Frage
Hallo,
Ich habe einen Stop eingereicht, der meiner Meinung nach sehr gut ist, aber leider von Niantic selbst abgelehnt wurde. Was sagt ihr dazu?

Do you mind translating the title and supporting information?
The thing I like about German is its similarity to English (and of course the love of compound words is a nice bonus). Rough translation - this is an Information Board for Schwalmstadt (town) Restaurants according to the title, providing information for foodies visiting the area. There is ample safe access, and the information provided is for beloved and traditional restaurants in the area that are sought out by visitors. The board provides operating hours, addresses, and telephone numbers for each restaurant, with interesting facts and pictures for each.
I would have voted to accept! This would help me better explore the area if I was a visitor, and if I was prone to eating German traditional cuisine. :)
I can see where an advertizing sign board could be rejected. The whole point of the sign is to get you to spend money and eat.
What criteria do you think it meets? Nobody meets at the sign to socalize. It's not an exercise station. It's not an "explore" place like a zoo or museum.
Advertising board - meets no Niantic criteria
The supporting photo is kinda bad since it shows nearly the same as the first photo. Very hard to verify the location, especially in Germany without streetview. I personally would have rejected it too, just coz you cant verify the location and it seems kinda sketchy since the 2nd picture suggests a curvy road with no houses nearby but the map cleary shows houses and a straight road.
Maybe take a new supporting photo where you can cleary verify the location - step back a bit so you can see the houses and surroundings for safe access etc.
To me the supporting image gives the impression the sign is in a sort of lay-by. I cannot, from the image, see any safe pedestrian access. As such, I'd mark it Rejected due to that lack of 'Safe Pedestrian Access', irrelevant of what the sign actually states.
It would need a far better supporting image, showing how there is safe pedestrian access, before I'd consider marking it 'Accepted'.
