Is there a problem with the map sync??

The appeal accepted at 12/8 but 12 days later I still cant see it on the map. I checked on Pokémon go and ingress.

Ingress has been having some sync issues which may be why it hasn't shown up.
As for why it's not in Pokémon Go, maybe they moved it into the same level 17 S2 cell as the Shrine (which may have also put it within 20 metres of the Shrine and therefore could be another reason why it doesn't appear in Ingress).
If you go to the location in person and attempt to submit a new nomination, you should see a Wayfarer pin on the map near the shrine. This may give you an insight to if the pin was moved or not.
