Accepted Pokestop does not appear in the game

I have accepted a Pokestop and it does not appear in the game. I think it is too close to another pokestop. Is it possible to move the pokestop by about a meter? Thanks for the feedback.
The Accepted Pokestop called: "Spielweg St. Gallen Posten 46 am Moosweiher"
The Coordinates are: 47°24'37.3''N 9°20'11.3''E

It is considered too close to "Gedenkstein."
I can't find either POI on Street View to confirm, but if both are properly placed then there's nothing that can be done. Pokémon GO uses specific proximity rules to prevent over-crowding of the game map. Those "rules" don't always make sense but they exist for a reason.
It is unlikely that you can move either POI. If they are already correctly placed, then moving the pin away from the object would be considered abusive and could result in action taken against your account.
