    That looks like it would fall foul of the private residential property rule from the pictures you've provided. If that is the case, the best improvement would be to forget that it exists and find something else that doesn't meet the rejection criteria.

    If that garage isn't part of a private residential property, then it's up to you to provide proof of this.

    Nothing here you can improve. It’s PRP, so the location is ineligible.
