Hello i have a problem 2 pokestop that i made and were aproved are apparently in ingress but i made them for pokemon go what do i do do i do it again ?

You don't submit Pokéstops, despite what the wording says in Pokémon Go. You submit wayspots for the Niantic Lightship database. If your nomination is accepted, it gets added to Lightship, and then as your acceptance email states, it can take up to 48 hours to appear in games, but not all wayspots are eligible to appear in all games.
Each game has its own proximity rules that determine whether a wayspot will or won't appear in that game. If you provide coordinates of your nominations, we can help you check if they meet the requirement for showing up in Pokémon Go or not, though the fact they've not appeared after 48 hours suggests they don't meet the requirement.

This os a common issue due to a lack of clear communication and then understanding of complex rules over the selection of approved points into Pokémon Go.
I suspect you have created a wayspot that won’t be taken from the lightship database into Pokémon Go. If you post the co ordinates and name of your wayspot we can give a specific response.
