The POI is the statue of a virgin that was located on the ship "Sarmiento de Gamboa" as its name says. The ship was in that location while it was being built at the Freire shipyards. The ship has not been in that location for years and the POI is not accessible to the public, so that´s why I think the portal in Ingress has never been captured.

It should be deleted from the games because it don´t exists and it´s not accessible.
