Not getting submission or decision emails

in Report a Bug
I don’t receive emails of submissions or decisions. In this way, i don’t know if and when a portal is accepted by the comunity. Can You fix this?

They’re not going in your Spam or anything?
No, nothing in spam. I just ticked to receive promotional emails in Pokémon Go in case that makes any difference?
The only email I’ve had recently was from this community, reaching level 1.
Have you taken the Wayfarer test? Can you see your nominations here https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/nominations Maybe Niantic has a bug, that if you haven't taken the test, you don't get the email?
Is your phone language English? And your game app? It should be OK to use other languages, but maybe the bug is there.
I’ve completed the test and can see all my nominations in the link you posted. They seem to be progressing regardless of not receiving emails, but it would be nice if I knew what was happening behind the scenes, also for reasons for rejection or approval.
The only thing I haven’t completed yet, is my ‘hometown’ or ‘bonus’ locations, as I don’t particularly have a preference.
Language is English for all my Niantic stuff as far as I can see.

I seem to have the same issue since Sunday 23rd of October. Suddenly I'm not receiving e-mails for submitted or accepted portals, and no they're not in my gmail's spam/junk either. I currently have 565 accepted portals and until now I have not had any problems getting e-mail notifications. The language I use is English in case that matters.
I have the same problem not geting any email. I submit now via PoGo. I pass the test for this account long time ago in Ingress and didnt had to pass the test again. It worked to get emails when i submitted via Ingress a few years ago.
Hello, if you did not receive a confirmation message regarding your submission in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder as the message should have been delivered to the login method connected to your Wayfarer account. You should receive Wayfarer notification emails delivered from [email protected]. If you are unable to find the message in your spam folder too, please keep us posted.

I had the same issue over a year ago. Niantic, despite their promise to look into it after begging for several months, was of no help as they never follow through with looking into these issues. The only thing you can do is to link a new or different account to Ingress/Pogo, and then use that account when you submit a nomination. The email/login method is stored/attached to the nomination itself. So unfortunately this will only work for nominations you make after linking a new login. Any previously submitted nomination will still have your old email attached to it.
